About Us

We are a family owned web design and development company based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - in the heart of the UK

We pride ourselves on our integrity, friendliness, and honesty and our objective is to always exceed our client's expectations and establish long-term relationships and loyalty.

Our core area of expertise is in the design and development of cost effective standards based and accessible bespoke websites and web applications that are attractive, functional and where appropriate can be managed in-house through a simple to use content management system. We also provide hosting (through third party hosting providers), support, consultancy, graphic design, search engine optimisation and general IT related advice.

With over 12 years experience, we have developed a large portfolio working with both small and large organisations across a wide range of sectors. See our Portfolio for examples of our recent work.

The company was originally founded by Paul Sivers in 1998. After a period of growth in both clients and staff, Keywave merged with a consulting company to become The Learning Business and then rebranded as Cortexa Ltd. Paul left Cortexa in 2007 to re-establish Keywave and to focus on web design and development.
